Major General Stephen V. Reeves (Retired) developed and felded more than 100 new systems, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices for the Chemical Corps. He also established the Joint Program Executive Offce for Chemical and Biological Defense and led it for 7 years. He is currently a strategic consultant. Staff Sergeant John E. Thiel (Retired) served two tours in Vietnam, with the 26th Chemical Detachment and the 184th Chemical Platoon, and was severely wounded during both tours. He taught at several universities and is currently developing histories of the units in which he served. Colonel Raymond T. Van Pelt (Retired) served as Deputy Commanding Offcer, 20th Support Command (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-Yield Explosives). He currently works as a senior advisor for the 20th Support Command. Colonel Stanley Q. Tunstall (Retired) served as Chief, Full Dimension Protection Division, Department of the Army G-8. He is currently a senior chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense and logistics manager for Camber Corporation. Colonel Thomas F. Woloszyn (Retired) served as Chief of Staff and Director, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs, Offce of the Secretary of Defense (Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics). He currently serves as Deputy Director, Concepts and Capabilities, U.S. Army Nuclear and Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency. Command Sergeant Major Bobby J. Vinson (Retired) served as Command Sergeant Major, 31st Chemical Brigade. He has been working in the educational feld for more than 30 years and continues to mentor frst sergeants and sergeants major in the 31st Chemical Brigade. Master Sergeant Richard P. Mettke (Retired) served as Chief, Program Management Offce, Directorate of Combat Development, U.S. Army Chemical School. He currently serves as Vice President and Manager, Protection Readiness Operations Product Line, Battelle Memorial Institute. Summer 2013 39
