Summer 2012 Technical Manuals In addition to the four levels of doctrine, there are also departmentally approved, general-subject technical manuals (TMs), which are not authenticated as doctrine. There will be two Chemical Corps TMs: Ɣ TM 3-11.91, Potential Military Chemical/Biological Agents and Compounds. Ɣ TM 3-11.92, Flame, Riot Control Agent, and Herbicide Operations. Based on Doctrine 2015, the Chemical Regiment is respon- sible for 13 doctrinal manuals (one FM and 12 ATPs). Your active participation via requested publication reviews and doc- trine subject matter expert working groups will allow for the capture of pertinent lessons learned throughout the past decade so that the Chemical Regiment can remain trained and ready for tomorrow.
